Not every horse enjoys travelling, and for some riders hiring transport simply isn’t practical.
Pole Parties bring the training directly to your yard, allowing horses and riders to learn in a familiar environment while enjoying a relaxed and supportive atmosphere with friends.
Whether you have a young horse, a nervous traveller, or simply want to organise something fun and different for your yard, sessions are designed to be welcoming, educational and enjoyable for everyone involved!

HOW IT WORKS
Simple To Organise, Relaxed To Attend

Organise Your Group
Gather together riders from your yard or surrounding areas. A minimum of 10 riders is required to book a Pole Party.

We Bring The Polework To You
If possible, your venue provides approximately 10 poles and I’ll bring the rest to create a fun and challenging layout.
2.
Choose Your Date
Weekend dates are available throughout the year, with selected weekday evenings possible depending on location and season.
4.
Enjoy Your Session!
Riders work in pairs during relaxed 45 minute sessions tailored to the horses and riders attending.
COSTS & REQUIREMENTS
Everything You Need To Know Before Booking
Pricing
Pole Parties are £35 per rider, with sessions running in pairs for 45 minutes.
Travel Distance
Pole Parties are available within 75 miles of CV47 2YW.
Weekday evening bookings are available within 50 miles.
Session Timings
Sessions usually begin from 10am and run back to back throughout the day depending on numbers booked.
Host Perks
As a thank you for organising your Pole Party, the host will receive a half price session, subject to Terms & Conditions.
Minimum Numbers
A minimum of 10 riders is required in order to organise a Pole Party visit.
Arena & Pole Setup
If possible, venues should provide approximately 10 poles and allow arena access one hour before the first session.
Booking & Payments
One organiser will act as the main point of contact and collect all payments via a single bank transfer.
